TPU Base Types and Their Applications:

Special TPU Compounds: 

Rollers: The medium and hard hardness of TPU-Ester compounds are perfectly suited to the requirements for wheels and rollers. Our unique TPU-TPS compound, on the other hand, is the perfect solution to produce complex or high-volume parts due to its excellent flow properties.

Flame Retardancy: Both ester-based and ether-based TPU compounds can be modified to achieve a high level of flame retardancy, up to V0 (according to UL-94).

Electrostatic Discharge (ESD): By adding special additives, electrostatic discharge in the final product can be suppressed. Depending on the requirements, a volume resistance of 108 to 106 Ohm x cm can be achieved.

"Plasticiser" Masterbatch for PVC: A special low-melting TPU-Ester type has been successfully used as a "plasticiser" masterbatch in PVC compounds.
